About us
Established in 2005 with years of accumulated experience. Manarasprings s.r.o. is a metal working and plastic injection factory based in the city of Myjava in the Slovak republic.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. We are ISO 9001 certified and we make sure our products comply with the highest quality norms and standards.
With our constant thrive for improvement through modernization of our manufacturing facilities by investing in both human labor and the latest technologies, by sourcing the most suitable raw materials to comply with our customer needs and demands, and by applying the suitable model of industrial management and quality control, we are eager to deliver the right products and services for our customers.

Products & Services
All products and services we provide are the combination result of the latest production and manufacturing technologies with the skilled workforce operating them.
We currently provide the following services:
Stamping
We currently possess eccentric and hydraulic press machines from 25 to 160 tons.
Our eccentric press machines are:
- 25 tons (4 units)
- 40 tons (6 units)
- 63 tons (8 units)
- 100 tons (1 unit)
- 160 tons (1 unit)
Our hydraulic press machines are:
- 150 tons (1 unit)
- 100 tons (4 units)
- 40 tons (1 unit)
We process different materials: galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper among others with thickness ranging from 0.1 to 3 mm.
Injection moulding
With top of the line injection moulding machines, such as Engel, Arburg, Negri Bossi, and Mir ranging from 65 to 360 tons, we can produce and deliver highly sophisticated components and products by processing different materials, such as PA6, PA66, PP, POM, LDPE and HDPE.
Springs & Wire bending
We rely on ITAYA machines for the manufacturing of different types of springs with diameter from 0.20 to 3.0 mm.
CNC Milling
Using the latest technologies for CNC milling, such as HAAS 4SS 4 axes, HAAS 2SS 4 Axes and HAAS ST35Y ; Automation, accuracy and high productivity is our target.
Product assembly
We provide product assembly services for smaller quantities, for larger quantities we can design and implement an automatized assembly line if needed.
Welding
We provide MIG & TIG welding.
Surface finishing
For different products and components, we offer surface finishing such as:
- galvanizing
- KTL
- & powder coating.
Sectors
Most of the products and services we provide are part of different industry sectors, such as the automotive industry, gas industry, lighting industry,
heavy machinery, shading technology, dental laboratory industry and furniture industry.
Our production facility is not limited to these sectors and we would gladly send you the right quotation for any steel or plastic product.
